Stable unemployment in Norway

In June the unemployment rate decreased which was due to seasonal work. In Norway there is registered 71 627 unemployed people which means there has been an increase by 3% when compared to June last year. The unemployment rate is now 2,8%. The smallest rate is in construction and industry
The Norwegian labour market is looking for:

  • health care personnel,
  • qualified social scientists and humanists, teachers,
  • engineers and specialists in ICT,
  • qualified workers in industry and construction
