Lower unemployment rate in Spain

2 July 2010. Data from public employment services stated that in June there was a decrease of the number of unemployed people in all regions of Spain. (-2,06% in the previous month) Thus, the level of registered unemployment was 3.982.368. Amongst young people under 25 years the unemployment rate decreased in May (-5,6%) when compared to the previous month. The decrease of the unemployment rate was reported in all sectors of economy except agriculture which reported an increase by 174 people (0,1%). The largest decrease occurred in services (-2%) and building (-2,8%).
